Technical Consultant & Trainer

Due to a 250% growth of the business in the last 12 months, a position has opened up for a bright individual to help the company continue to provide outstanding support and customer service to its clients.FibreCRM delivers cutting edge sales & marketing systems to accountancy firms. This high growth business requires unique individuals who can adapt, be agile and who can influence the way their role and position evolves.The Technical Consultant will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with front-line technical support queries
  • Produce ad-hoc training material such as 90 second “How do I…” videos and manuals, as well as deliver web/on-site training where required.
  • Assist with producing internal technical documentation.
  • Communicate with the technical delivery team and help manage the delivery of projects.
  • Identify customer requirements, analyse these needs technically and be able to deliver the most intuitive solution possible.
  • Researching new software programmes and their suitability to help deliver better business solutions.

  • Be enthusiastic and naturally trustworthy
  • Excellent written and grammar skills
  • Quick and clear thinker who can take initiative
Desired skills:

This role will suit a young person or graduate who is keen to learn business processes whilst building a career path in a high earning, fast moving industry.

Hours: The working week is Monday – Friday 0900 – 1730 with a one hour lunch break.

Project Manager

FibreCRM is specialist software consultancy based in Cornwall with customers across the globe.  It operates in the “CRM” space providing innovative software solutions to clients who seek to streamline their sales and marketing activities and build mutually rewarding customer relationships.

FibreCRM is a small team in Cornwall with an outsourced development team. Although we are small we work alongside the giants in the software industry.  These include leading software companies such as IRIS, SugarCRM and IBM.

FibreCRM is now seeking a customer-facing Project Manager with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Work with the end client to build an implementation and training plan
  • Communicate with the technical delivery team and manage the delivery
  • Manage expectations and timelines
  • Identify customer issues and needs and be able to define technical solutions
  • Provide training to end users and build webinar style online/offline material
  • Create end user and/or technical documentation when necessary

Desired skills:

  • Experience working with highly technical IT solutions
  • Ability to communicate succinctly at all levels of business both technically and commerically
  • Is a realist and able to manage customer expectations and eloquently deal with difficult situations professionally
  • Is more comfortable facing customers than working in the background
  • Has existing knowledge of business concepts, practices and procedures
  • Be able to pay keen attention to detail
  • Has excellent time management skills
  • Has fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Be enthusiastic and naturally trustworthy
