The Agile Project Management methodology has been a real success for the projects that FibreCRM has worked on previously. Success does not always come immediately and very often a process that was designed and agreed at the beginning can change and evolve as the implementation gathers momentum. An Agile approach aims to deliver quick wins from smaller investments as opposed to a traditional Prince2-based ‘Waterfall’ project that is not easily adapted once underway.
