1. Software prices displayed are monthly and payable annually in advance. 12 month minimum contract. A 20% surcharge is added for monthly payments.

2. Software is hosted in a secure, dedicated, Amazon web service in a USA data centre.

3. New user licenses and/or optional add-ons purchased after the initial contract start date will be billed on a co-terminus basis. For example, if additional users are purchased 6 months after the commencement of the initial contract, FibreCRM will invoice at the time of purchase however it will only invoice for the remaining 6 months only. These additions will be added onto the anniversary of the renewal.
